Curriculum research and development within the schools and training centres is encouraged and disseminated, as is keeping up to date with relevant academic research. Contact with other educational systems and views is also actively fostered and colleagues are supported in attending conferences and presenting papers. Evaluation and Assessment procedures are reviewed and regular conferences on Quality Care held.
